mean victorian policy and conditions
CONDITIONS OF SALE
All items are offered as found, with no warranties, guarantees, or assurances of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes all known and unknown faults, imperfections, or errors — whether visible or concealed.
The majority of offerings presented are vintage or antique in nature, and as such will exhibit signs of age and wear consistent with their history and provenance. Prospective buyers are urged to examine all provided descriptions, photographs, and any live visual presentation with care and discernment prior to bidding.
Inquiries regarding condition must be made before bidding commences.
Once an item is claimed, the sale is considered final.
While every effort is made to describe each piece with the utmost accuracy and integrity — and no item will ever be willfully misrepresented — all evaluations are made to the best of our knowledge and belief.
Should an item be described and sold as gold or silver, and later conclusively determined to be otherwise, a return will be accepted. Approval must be obtained prior to any such return being initiated.

A NOTE ON PRACTICE
This is a single-witch business. Every object is collected, photographed, described, and packed by my own hands. Each item carries history and intention. While I endeavor to include as much detail as possible, questions regarding new, sold, or custom items must be raised prior to bidding.
